The DAMLY FLAME JET G4 is a compact yet powerful thermal disinfection heater designed for medium-sized poultry and pig farms. With 4 burners and a 50 cm flame width, it delivers targeted disinfection, reaching temperatures of over 1500°C to effectively kill viruses and bacteria. This thermal disinfection method is essential for maintaining a biosecure environment, crucial for the health and productivity of livestock.
The G4 model uses liquefied gas and consumes 12 kg/h, providing an efficient solution for smaller areas needing thorough disinfection. Its electronic striking ignition allows for quick and safe operation, ensuring rapid deployment of the heater when needed. The heater is mounted on a 4-wheel trolley, allowing easy movement around the farm to access various spaces.
Constructed with stainless steel and galvanized steel, the DAMLY FLAME JET G4 is built for durability in harsh farming environments. It works with 15 kg or 50 kg gas cylinders, utilizing a liquid phase interface for gas usage. The heater’s burn pressurized LPG mechanism produces a flame height of 30–40 cm, making it suitable for disinfecting different surfaces.
